Paul began his construction career working summers during high school on a concrete crew, to serving in Naval Construction Battalion (SeaBees) which launched his long construction career. Thoughout the past 30 years, Paul has not waivered from his construction roots and is highly regarded for managing large and small complicated development and redevelopment projects throughout the U.S.

After years of working on the contractor’s side delivering projects of all sizes and product types on time and within budget, Paul moved to the owner’s side. As an Owner’s Representative Paul assists the Owner through the predevelopment phase and managing the design and construction. Paul is very proud of his achievements in delivering many successful projects and the value added.

Paul’s clients are developer, investment groups and high net worth  individuals investing in the real estate markets needing someone to manage the construction process and the inherent risk.
