Construction Management:

Managing the construction in a transparent and cost effective approach from pre-construction through subcontractor bid solicitation & retention, execution of the construction and complete close-out. Responsible exclusively to the Owner advising of important approvals and decisions in a timely and well informed manner.

Project Management:

On a national platform responsible exclusively to the Client and acting in the Client’s best interest, beginning in the pre-development or acquisition phase.  Providing design, construction, tenant delivery and post construction oversight  keeping the Owner advised in a timely and well informed manner on important approvals and decisions. individual services include assisitng the Owner in creating a financial model (Project Budget), assemble & review due diligence materials, master planning, entitlements, assisting in lease negotiations (Work Letter), budgeting, scheduling, design team selection, contractor selection, consultant and contractor contract negotiations, permitting, design and construction oversight, tenant turn-over, construction close-out and assisting the Owner in a smooth transition to the property management team or disposition. 

CONSTRUCTION OVERSIGHT:  Full service or on a as-needed basis
